Stayed in twin superior room with great view over the water. Nice hotel extremely well located near the town square. Nice and quiet room. Negatives was the crowded breakfast area and check-in experience. We were at the hotel early (3-4hours), offered us to change room for early check-in, but for a fee of 200svkr. (A bit greedy). This was a nice property. This is the only hotel that has charged me extra 200sek to check in early when the room was ready. Other than that fee it was a good hotel.

the facility isn't new, and the hitel need a refreshing. we expected more for money we paid. SPA was full booked, and even if not, it is only 30 min slotts, nit enough to change the close. the only positive with yhis hotel is the location.

The hotel has good location, close to the shopping street, which is giving many options for shops and restaurants. The family room we had is small but ok, and it’s clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is not so big, ok with breakfast items. Unfortunately must complain about one thing, about the service or the reaction of service tram. There was a accident in our room, one of glass which is in the corner on the sink surface just exploded by itself, don’t know when and how. Of course then become broken glass everywhere! At morning my wife went to bathroom, lights was off, she didn’t notice it. Once she step in, got piece of glass sticks into her foot, start bleeding immediately! I run down to reception, ask for help. Unfortunately the staff didn’t even pay much attention to listen what happened. They don’t have any first aid kit except little small bandage. How ever, I back to room, manage to get out the broken glass from my wife’s foot, stoped bleeding! During the time, there was no one come to check how is it! Only at the end, a house keeper come to clean the bathroom! I’m working with hospitality as well, just think this is not right/good reaction when something happens to your guest, especially not guests fault!

A worn hotel where

Perfectly located and in good order. Sad exterior though, so many Swedish cities architecturally ruined by buildings like this.

I am happy with the overall service I got from checking in, to the room which is clean with a very good bed to sleep. I also enjoyed their frukost buffet and the cleanliness of the restaurant and lastly very good and nice service attendants.

God frukost med stor variation. Bra rum med allt man behöver, trevlig personal och generellt bra service.

Den første unge kvinde vi talte med var meget hjælpsom. Kl. var kun 14.30 og checkin er kl. 16, men hun sagde det ene af værelserne var klar, så vi fik nøglen til det. Det andet vidste hun ikke hvornår var klar, men dog inden kl. 16. Da vi spurgte ind til hvor man måtte parkere, sagde hun ærligt, hun ikke var klar over hvor man kunne det, dog var der få pladser ned langs hotellet, men de var som regel optaget. Og var betalingspladser, dog kun til kl. 16, så var der fri parkering til mandag morgen. Hotellet rådede over få pladser i en lille gård bag hotellet, som kostede 125 danske kr. Så det valgte vi. Som jeg skrev, hun var virkelig meget hjælpsom. Hun fik så fri og den mand der overtog var absolut ikke til nogen hjælp. Værelset blev først meldt klar efter kl. 16.15 og da vi kom op til værelset var rengøring først på vej ud fra rummet. Gulvene var våde, men ellers ok rent. Dog manglede der en opredning på det første værelse vi fik (der skulle sove 3 der og 2 på det sidste værelse) og det var svært at få det ordnet. Men lykkedes dog til sidst. I ventetiden på at få det sidste værelse (vi var klar over, det først var lovet klar til kl. 16) var der lange køer ved receptionen og kun en mand til at hjælpe alle gæsterne. Ingen af de øvrige personaler trådte til for at afhjælpe de lange køer af folk der skulle tjekke ind. Spurgte folk ham om noget, fik man mange gange det svar: Det ved jeg ikke. Morgenmad var fin og meget varieret.

Fint rent rum med liten balkong mot Nissan. Hjälpsam personal och bra frukost. Testade tyvärr ej jacuzzi och bastun.

Bra frukostbuffé. Trevlig personal. Härligt med relaxavdelning.

Frukost … äggröran? Bastu och bubbelpool men utsikt var mycket bra.
