Really nice surprise in the heart of Paquis (next to the beloved Parfums de Beyrouth) and a quick walk from the train station. Stayed for a night while transiting to the alps and was comfortable, clean, and close to everything I needed. The pool was very warm (I usually find hotel pools way too cold for my liking) and the hot tub and sauna were lovely, and empty in the evening - open late (10pm I believe). Will definitely book again next time I'm in town.

Rooms were small but comfortable. One of the smallest elevators I’ve ever seen. The area around the train station where the hotel is located is not the best. It’s convenient if you need proximity to the train station.

Walk for all attractions very good hotel itself
Just I do not like street where hotel located. During the day fine. But if you to hotel after 9 pm street fill out women who sold themself for me a little even scare

Hotels.com ratings gave this hotel a 9. The rooms are so small you can barely move without hitting something. None of the USB charging ports work, but the worst part was the hotel was in the middle of downtown Geneva Red District which was very uncomfortable for a family to go in and out of this area. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL!!

Not sure VIP properties is worth it, as a platinum member I should be offered a room upgrade and free beverage, no room upgrade was offered even though I saw on the website there was rooms available, I had to ask for the beverage and wasn’t offered it.
The hotel itself is just a stroll from the train station, room was small but comfortable, the area around the hotel didn’t look great!

The pool was the only positive of this place. The rooms are too small. The bathrooms are basically in the room and the light turns on automatically, so it is bright for anyone else in the room. Each morning we looked out our window to see police with someone getting arrested or a lady with a bloody face. Our 1.5 year old cried for about 8-10 minutes when trying to sleep one night, and someone made a complaint. So front desk thought it was ok to CALL the room after 9pm to ask if we needed help. Our baby just finally almost fell asleep but then woke after the call again. Walls are thin, you can hear doors slam for neighbors. I would never recommend this place.
