My husband and I liked the fact that the property is located in a residential neighborhood with proximity to restaurants and bus stops. The property was clean and comfortable. However the self check-in and check-out process was not very user friendly. Upon arrival it took several tries to get to work and during our three day stay we had to help other guests with theirs on our way in and out of the building. Throughout our stay we did not see any staff at the property except for a house keeping lady who was of no help because she was just there to clean. We could not use the refrigerator in our suite for all 3 days we were there. Communication was very poor with no one taking phone calls and even email response was not prompt. On our last night we finally received an email response to our complaint about no refrigerator, telling us that there is one. We eventually found out that the one cabinet door that would not open was the refrigerator door and was jammed. After much prying, we forced it open from the bottom of the cabinet. This would not be a problem if there was a staff on site even for just a few hours a day or if their phone lines were working.

1) luggage storage - nobody at the reception desk (if you even call it that). No one around to ask. Saw an empty suitcase under a counter and assumed that was the luggage storage. We had locks and extended cables so felt reasonably comfortable to leave our luggage. No air conditioning in that area so not great. Our luggage was there when we returned several hours later. 2) Access to our room went smoothly. 3) room was supposed to be air conditioned and was not. Window had been left open which did nothing for the room temperature. Even a fan would have helped. 4) on the positive, the apartment was spacious and clean. 5) had to keep windows open at night to try and get some relief from the heat in the room. Area seemed very quiet however at night it was very load on the street with cars racing and outside the hotel with people hanging around. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we could have closed the windows with air conditioning. 6) location was relatively god for bus and metro. Overall, would not recommend staying there in warm weather or if want a secure luggage storage and someone on site to speak to if had concerns.

I didn't like to check-in experience. It was very inconvenient. Instructions to get in the building was not clear. Didn't know you had to enter a gate code to enter inside the building. That combined with late arrival (10 pm local) made the experience bad.

Room was fine. Says there is housekeeping. Doesn’t exist. We were there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned or bed made. Woken the second morning by jackhammers at 8 am as they Reno’d the room right next door. No warning and when we reached out to the hotel - we were ignored. Zero response even after multiple days and messages. No AC or if it’s there it’s minimal. You have no control over it. Decent for one night stay prior to flight bec it’s close but other than that - stay away

This was a very bizarre place to stay. It has no staff so you have to get the code once you arrive to enter the room. It was actually in an apartment building and it was kind of hard to find. The area was not walkable to much but close to the airport. If you need to be close to the airport this might be a good choice but it is definitely not a hotel as we were expecting. The room was very nice once we were inside and much larger than we were expecting

Disaster. If I could rate a property less than one star, I would! Staff is totally incompetent. Check-in is unmanned, so good luck if you don't have an international calling plan to call the incompetent "help" desk! 1) I emailed the property the day before check-in to confirm check-in procedures and did not receive a reply until 2 days later after check out. 2) During check-in, you must scan a QR code and fill out an insecure google form with sensitive info to recieve door code for the lobby. 3) Once in the lobby, you must scan another QR code to install an app to recieve your electronic key. Then provide a one time use code (which I did not have and could not access) to retrieve an electronic key on your phone. 4) I had to call the help desk twice because the first person did not bother to understand the problem and provided incorrect info regarding the code needed to get my room key. The second person could not find my reservation details, put me on hold to try to speak with someone else (who was busy), promised she would call me back and never did! The only reason we weren't stuck was because eventually I was able to locate a code buried in a message via the Expedia app, but no email and no call back. (I am lucky I had access to the app.) Another group was stranded in the lobby for over an hour without the ability to call for help since they didn't have international calling! 5) Can't share electonic room key with companion traveler! Only one e-key on one phone!

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!! We had an absolutely horrible experience. Our room was being pumped moldy air and the hotel completely ignored us. No one offered a new room, and we had to book another hotel ourselves. When we booked, it said check-in was at 6:30 AM. The day before, we received an email saying check-in was at 3 PM. That would have been fine if we could drop our bags, but the hotel is run entirely through an app. There is no front desk and no staff onsite, just a maid who couldn't help. At 3 PM, one of our two rooms smelled horrific. We thought it was smoke at first, but eventually found a moldy towel stuffed into a hole in the ceiling above the cupboards. The smell was so strong it gave us headaches, even with the windows open. In the second room, a random person used a key card and walked in. A serious security issue. We called the hotel seven times. Each time they either hung up or said someone would call us back. No one ever did. We spent the entire evening trying to get help instead of enjoying Zurich. Expedia also tried to reach them and failed. When we returned hours later to collect our things the mold smell was even worse even with the windows open. Our clothes that had been drying now smelled like mold and the odour remained even after washing them at the new hotel. The hotel never got back to us, never offered a new room, and refused a refund. If there had been any staff onsite, this might have been resolved. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Avoid at all costs. We had a horrible check-in process, and almost were unable to enter our room. We arrived at 10:50pm (check-in ends at 11:30pm), and the hotel is fully remote so there is no person working the front desk at all. They gave us a check-in code for a virtual app to use as a key for the room, but it did not work. When we messaged the hotel on Expedia, we received no response and waited over an hour in the lobby of the hotel alone. We called the emergency hotline, and they were unable to help at all. We finally received a new code for our room and entered past midnight. When we left the hotel, we saw several there guests just sleeping in the lobby with their luggage (assuming that they weren't able to access their room either). THERE IS A HIGH LIKELIHOOD THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHECK-IN IF YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL.
