Very nice hotel and highly recommended. Modern rooms with a very nice bed. Clean. Walking distance to center, lake and shopping/old city. A lot of transport options. As tourist also free travel card in city/canton which was very convenient. Of note at the back of hotel there is a red light district. Never felt unsafe/noisy but just a little weird especially traveling with kids/family. Also hotel contacts you a few days ahead with options like private shuttle from airport. That sounds nice and costs 150 CHF but a taxi from the airport cost max 40 chf (normal taxi) or 45 chf (a van). All in all very nice hotel.

Very nice stay and excellent service. Checked us right in even on early arrival. Quality Clarins products in bath. Neighborhood has slight rough characters in this street in Geneva but inside of hotel that disappears.

Very nice room, great location within walking distance of major sites, the river and downtown locations. The room was very clean and although the street noise seems loud, the windows are double paned and the room was very quiet. Great boutique property!

We only stay d one night. The staff were super helpful. The beads were very comfortable. The hotel its elf is dated and didn’t feel like it was clean. All in all for one night stay it was okay. Thank you to the staff though

I wanted to love this hotel and in some ways I did the rooms were nice and the location excellent but there were things going on we were not privy to -we were in the middle of (caught sitting in the lobby during) an argument on the phone with the host so while my daughter and I were waiting to check in a large loud phone argument in the lobby which was uncomfortable and upsetting -there was no apology for this we just had to endure it and feel uncomfortable -there was a bunch of construction going on in so the neighborhood was not as welcoming as it could be- front of the hotel as well it is a lovely boutique hotel maybe our timing was bad.

The location is good, and room was comfortable- the only challenge is getting your luggage loaded in or out of a vehicle. There’s no loading zone- and no carts. You have to stop in the street and hope no one hits you. Plus there are multiple stairs to get to the elevator.
