Should not be listed in Expedia or other booking site. Paid via Expedia for guests but later received message saying need to pay at hotel with credit card. If my guests did not had card with them it would be an disaster. Also tone of the message are not quite welcoming. Rooms are tiny but you get what you pay.

The property was in a new condition, but there was a constant sewage smell coming out of the bathroom drains, which made the whole apartment smell like a bad toilet, so we had to have the balcony door open all night. There was also other people hairs still in the bed. The pillows were completely flat and useless. Overall I will never stay at an easy hotel again.

The building is not built for a hotel. It’s more of an office building and not suitable for guest stay. You hear everyone’s noise walk or talking with any level in the building. You won’t have privacy. The bathrooms are too small and looks like it was installed in. The builder didn’t seem to be suitable for hotel space. It‘s too far from the center. It’s impossible to walk to the center and will need to use transport to go anywhere. If it’s your first time in Zürich I wouldn’t recommend this stay it will ruin the experience.

Well we didn’t have any towels for half our stay. Not even one face towel. There’s no one there to help you and when you try to call the number to get help, they only answer at certain times. Then you must try to get an answer through email. One night our lights in our room WOULD NOT TURN OFF. Never had that problem before. It was late and we were tired and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help us and when someone finally called, they were rude and unhelpful. We had to find the breaker and switch our room off to make the lights go out to get some sleep but then of course nothing else worked so we couldn’t charge our phones or anything. The room had NO cool air and was extremely hot all the time. We spent a lot of money to stay there so DONT DO IT. You can find much better for how much they charge.

Cheap and cheerful stay at this hotel. Anyone who reviews saying it’s a long way from the centre of Zurich should research that before they book! There’s a tram stop about 1 minute walk from the hotel and the trams are very frequent- takes about 5 mins to get to the main station Zurich HBF. The room is very basic, I think some more hanging space and cupboards could be a good idea, but it was fine for the purpose of our stay. My main criticism is how difficult it is (in our case impossible) to find any staff! We had a problem with the bag locker. There was no number to call and we knocked on the door where it said staff only, but there was no response. I appreciate this hotel puts the onus on the guest to check in, check out etc. but a number should be displayed in case of an emergency!
