Great small hotel in Zurich, stayed here overnight and wished we would have stayed longer. The self check in is very simple and there is a contact number if you have any questions or concerns. They have free lockers for storage if you need to drop off luggage before or after your stay. The rooms are clean and somewhat small, but good if you will mostly be using the rooms to sleep/get ready. The hotel is very close to the train so you can walk about 53 minutes and get the train to the main Zurich station.

Parking is nonexistent and a big problem if you have a car. Room has no amenities including hooks to hang your towels. There is little room for suitcases.

Hum, I'd rather avoid this section. Comfort is highly inappropriate for the price. No parking, bathroom bigger than the room, noise... everything included... Last time!

I have no problem with the self-check-in, low staff business model. But in a five day stay the room was cleaned once, the one time I saw the manager she was incredibly rude about the bike I stored, lack of A/C made sleeping incredibly uncomfortable, the tiny bathroom had a clogged sink and leaking shower head, and loud train track construction started promptly at 7 am (I know, not really their fault, but…). Wipking a great location, however. Cannot recommend this place.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days, I did not know that it was located in industrial part of the city, during day time construction noise was very disturbing, had to walk to tram around half miles. There is no grocery store or cafes nearby. When I woke up in the middle of night I saw spider walking on the wall, it freaked me out fr. Also what I disliked most of all is there is no human in the hostel to serve, I know its auto check in, but it would be better to make check in time around 2 pm at least, because tourists like me who arrive during boiling weather want to shower and put things in the room then go explore city.

Self check in was nice. The room was stifling hot (no A/C) we opened the windows to try to get some air flow but then let lots of bugs in. No room to move in the bathroom, it’s similar to a travel trailer bathroom. No tables or shelves to store your things, we lined up our toiletries on a windowsill. Very noisy at night from bar traffic.

It's a low cost option one may consider for one night stay. There is a train tracks work right across the street now and works start very early in the morning... throughout the day. In addition to that if your room is facing the street you'll get a lot of cigaret smell from people smoking outside the hotel ...

I liked that the property had a smart TV where you could watch Netflix and YouTube and a selection of channels, luggage lockers we could use before and after we check in/out, and that the service was quick and convenient since all we had to do was click a button to check in and out of the hotel. I didn’t like that the toilet was dirty when we got in, we couldn’t check in until 3pm, which I feel is late, that it was hard to turn the heat on for the shower, that we have to pay extra for room service, and that the snack vending machine didn’t work.

Easy to get in.
From the US. Had a challenge calling for assistance. Creating the Key card was the section I missed. After working with someone who knew the language, we got the help.

Terrible service, I got a humiliating email reply after the request of changing the room. I cannot believe they scam costumers with wrong photo and feel there is no problem with it. Even I mentioned that the room's condition is not like what I have seen in the photo, they say there is other photos. But there aren't any of them showing the actual room. Our room was tiny, shower booth was just built poorly just next to your headboard of your bed and this was not mentioned in the photo.
I just had one night sleep and moved right away to the other hotel.
