This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests have access to the wellness facility and indoor pool at Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich, connected to the property via tunnel. The facilities are open during hotel operating hours from mid-December to mid-April and from mid-July to the end of August.
