We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. We received a warm welcome with excellent staff who remained that way for our all too short stay. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The manager recommended a restaurant which was excellent. The breakfast was very good

Positiv: - Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Zimmer war schön und ruhig. - Super Lage. Nur ein paar Schritte zum See. - Schönes, feines und gemütliches Frühstück. - Gratis Wasser im Zimmer. - Ticino Ticket lag schon im Zimmer bereit. Neutral: -Zimmer und Bad waren relativ klein war aber für mich in Ordnung. Negativ: - Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen oder ziemlich weich und das Kissen war etwas klein und nicht sehr stützend.

The couple running the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, the location is second to none and the place is clean and well kept. Parking is a bit of a problem but then that's part of being on the promenade in Ascona. Overall a great stay and I would happily go back there, nice hotel.

Fantastico! Dies ist ein so herzluches Hotel..... wir fühlen uns immer so wilkommen! Auch ist es toll gelegen und bietet sogar Fahrräder an. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr fein!

Das Hotel liegt nahe bei der Seepromenade in einer der kleinen Gassen in der nähe der Kirche. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft vom Inhaberpaar sehr freundlich begrüsst. Unser Zimmer wie auch das Badezimmer war ausreichend gross und sehr sauber. Am sehr schönen Frühstücksbuffet hatte es alles was es braucht und wir konnten auf der kleinen Terrasse im Innenhof frühstücken. Auch hier kümmern sich die Besitzer sehr freundlich um alle Gäste. Beim aus-checken bekamen wir zum Abschied noch ein frisches Brot aus dem Maggiatal, was uns natürlich sehr gefreut hat. Das Hotel und die Besitzer lassen keine Wünsche offen und wir können dies bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Persönlicher Service, sehr aufmerksam. Kleiner ruhiger Innenhof für Morgenessen. Keine Aussicht, aber gute zentrale Lage. Wenige Schritte vom See in der Fussgängerzone und in der Nähe von Parkhaus, Bushaltestelle und Zentrum.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer (Nr.34) hatte eine super Terrasse, welche zum Verweilen einlud. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht riesig, jedoch sehr frisch und es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In wenigen Schritten ist man an der Promenade und es sind zahlreiche Restaurants in der nähe.
