The IT system run by Traveloka and its connection with Hotel Kipling is very good. Hotel vouchers do not need to be shown. Hotel staff only ask for passports, immediately seen on the computer. It is confirmed so quickly without any complications. It feels like it took less than 5 minutes to interact with the receptionist, the key was immediately obtained and you can go to the room.
Don't ask about how the hotel staff are, they work very effectively and efficiently, and are very supportive and helpful with their friendliness.

Spotlessly clean hotel with amazingly comfortable beds.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again. Close to train station, Lake and restaurants, though in a quiet side street.

Lovely hotel. Location was great, close to train station and bus station (10 min walk to each). Nearest tram stop is a couple of minutes away and there’s a Co-op round the corner. Plenty other shops, pubs and cafes within easy walking distance. Friendly staff, and good breakfast in relaxed surroundings. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with excellent WiFi. Would certainly recommend and would happily return!

Quick overnight before a flight back to the US. We came after check in but our room wasn’t ready which was frustrating. Came back after dinner and got in. The bathroom knobs on the shower were backwards and a little tough to shower without getting water on the floor. Otherwise comfortable beds - they made up a bed for my son and we slept well. Nice fan with cold steam. Breakfast was pretty good and did the job. Available at 7 am for our early departure. Fast walk to the train.

No air conditioning in the room. The front desk person promised to fix the A/C or move us to another room, then nothing. We were able to get 2 fans to try and mitigate the heat. If not for security concerns I would have left the door open as the rest of the hotel was nice and cool. Open almost $1K for 2 nights for this!! Do yourself favor and stay elsewhere in GVA.

Very well priced stay for Geneva.
Lots of extras from Expedia thrown in: Free parking, travel pass etc, so made it a bargain.
Lovely staff very helpful with reservations and advice.
Underground parking available.
The area the hotel is situated however, is a somewhat seedy. We felt perfectly safe, even coming back after midnight on a Saturday, however we did have to walk through the red light district, with multiple girls on the street and and very "ethnic" community.
If ever visiting Geneva again, i would probably still stay here, just as its price is good and its all you need.
