Great location! Cozy hotel! Lots of care and attention to detail! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24/7. A kitchen that guest could use to cook meals was great! The breakfast was perfect! Very clean. After a day of checking out the city we would come back to the hotel to find little cookies available at the coffee station. The hotel gave you the comforts of home! Rooms are small and the courtyard was loud when the doors were open. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a perfect stay!

Nice, quaint hotel in a great location. Walkable to the train station and center of the city. Staff was great and very accommodating.

Comfy bed, great breakfast and tea/coffee available all day. Convenient location, both for walking into the centre or getting a bus/tram. Added bonus of having access to a guest kitchen and a supermarket down the road.
I had use of a shares bathroom and had no issues needing to wait etc.
Only slight quibble is that the walls were fairly thin and I could hear people coming up and down the stairs

We LOVED this booking. The staff, especially Evelyn were awesome and very helpful with what to see. The open dining room was a nice place for journaling and visiting with other guests. Great location, walkable to city center, rose garden park and botanical gardens. Good breakfast and hot drinks available all day.

The room was spacious and clean with a balcony that overlooked an interior parking area. The included breakfast was wonderful and the complimentary tea and coffee were amazing. Very relaxing motel.

The property is small but cozy. The location is so convenient, only two bus stops to the old town. The facility has 24 hours coffee, tea and hot water available. I really like the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Close to transport and attractions. Walking distance to bear park and the old city. good sized room. Unfortunately no air conditioning or fan in room …. So uncomfortable sleeping during summer.

Great place and friendly staff. Breakfast was basic, delicious and you had endless access to coffee.
Our room was small and perfectly situated. Great bathroom and small balcony. Loved it and will stay again for sure.
Easy to get to anywhere in Bern by tram or bus!

I am typing this review at the property now since my train isn't for another few hours (super nice, stored my luggage for me and now they are letting me sit here, told me to help myself to water/coffee, etc.).
I would say not to be afraid of the "shared bathroom," if that's what's holding you back. I had my own sink in the room, and there was a shower with a toilet plus another toilet on the floor, shared among probably 8 total rooms? I literally didn't see anyone else on my floor, although I am sure there were others on the floor.
Anyway, room didn't have ac, but it wasn't too bad. Location is super convenient, close to 2 or 3 different lines, could be walked from the train station if you really want (and be treated to some breath-taking views), and I was even given a free public transport pass (I guess it's from the government to encourage tourism). It was a good experience at a very reasonable price.
