Couldn’t do the online check in. So had to go to the main hotel desk. 3 hotels all linked. The room near the stairwell is noisy in the evening. The location is great for transport . Easy walk to airport bus, trams and main train station Nice breakfast with a view. Easy walk to old town and river. Staff are lovely

Stayed for 3 nights as a city break. Location is ideal next to train station making it easy to walk everywhere/jump in public transport.
Hotel was clean with good room sizes.
When we arrived reception was unmanned with only an automated machine to check in (which felt very impersonal & made thing feel more painful than needed for "weary travellers who'd just arrived in the country").
Room temperature was our main issue as it fluctuated up and down wildly making sleeping difficult - and this was centrally controlled with no option to adjust heat within our room (and nothing reception could do).
Breakfast selection and quality was acceptable.

Great stay, excellent location next to train station but facing away from crowded area. Directly next to tons of transportation - which is free for tourists! Breakfast was nice in gorgeous panoramic dining room. To clear up the piece about the dual front desks - the hotels are CONNECTED -its a 10 second walk to the other hotel. I didn't have the need to do so. Very happy with stay, will be back for sure.
