We had a nice stay. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. The buffet was perfect for our needs. Walking to the airport was great but a little far if you’re carrying more than a backpack. The only critique is the shuttle schedule. The break from 11am to 3pm (or so) was too long. I went to the airport with skis and two bags very early so I could take advantage of the free service. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Nice place to stay, rooms are excellent. Location near some nice restaurants if you’re willing to take a little walk (though some silly person put a planter in the way of the pedestrian stairs).
Areas to improve are the bar furniture, also lights in bar area were a bit too bright for evening drink.

Close to the airport and useful for a late arrival into Geneva, however no easy way to get to the hotel.. it said 10 min walk, but no way to find how... had to cross main road and trainline so walk was not 10 mins. as no signs.

Room was much too warm with no means of cooling because the AC was off for the season, I assume to save money. But this was in mid March so there is no reason for it to be warm. I turned off the heat but it had little effect in the few hours of evening we had before bed, and the window only opens a few inches and is covered by drapes at night. So we were quite uncomfortable.

Second stay in a matter of days . We stayed in a room at the rear of the hotel and they are so much quieter.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for the airport with free shuttle . Only complaint was how noisy the road was at the front. The double glazing is very weak and provides little sound proofing. I constantly had to check if the window was open.
We are due to stay on our return trip so have asked for a room at the rear.
Staff were approachable and friendly and breakfast was good.

Everyone was very helpful, particularly in the breakfast room. The shuttle not running in the middle of the day was inconvenient, but realize that is a cost issue. Potentially run it on a request basis.

We were in Geneva for a flying visit to watch a gig at the arena. The location was perfect for our trip, walking distance from the airport and arena.
We arrived in the morning and went to drop our bags at the hotel so that we could go and explore. The room was ready though, so we were able to check in early!
Breakfast was nice. Late evening we ordered pizzas from the bar, delicious!!
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room basic but very clean and in good condition.

The gentleman at the reception desk was quite welcoming. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Enjoyed pizza in your restaurant. I suggest you put on website that your shuttle to airport starts at 5:00. We had early flight and had to hire taxi to leave at 4:15.

Room was not prepared. Dirty linen and bathroom. Had to make complaint, given another room. Very noisy due to proximity of motorway and inadequate glazing to eliminate noise.
