The front staff on our arrival was amazing. They were able to accommodate our arrival and get us settled in so that we could enjoy the amazing city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two nights in a twin room. On arrival the guy at reception was very friendly and spoke good English . The room was fine and the beds were very comfortable - shower was great . Breakfast was also good with plenty choice of hot/

hotel was fine - but bed didn’t have a fitted place was close, affordable for zurich, and a decent place but i wouldn’t say it’s 3 stars by any means. AC barely worked, would not go lower than 21 degrees, sheet just a top sheet that kept coming off, only 2 small pillows had to request more, towels were low quality, shower was hard to get right temp, no fridge, and the listing showed a gym/pool but that was a paid extra and that wasn’t really clear, so it was misleading.

Absolute minimal amenities for a lot of money. I understand that it is expensive to stay in Zurich but some basic amenities would have made the stay more comfortable. Very cheap and poor pillows on the bed. No tea or coffee facilities in the room or reception. One carton of free water in the room that wasn't replaced after first night. Basic and poor breakfast of the cheapest ingredients at an additional fee of 15CHF if pre booked or 19CHF on the day. The staff however were great, very happy to help and other than the lack of amenities the room was nice, clean and modern.

They don’t have gluten free breakfast and we asked them but they don’t have,I think they must have gluten-free because many people are allergic, the room for family was okey and the service was good in the resection.
