This hotel is amazing! The staff is wonderful very helpful, the room was clean, they pick you up from the airport to the hotel in their shuttle free of charge, and for a small fee they take you from hotel to airport. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Property nice, clean, modern. Helpful staff as we needed extra pillows. However, we also wanted extra coffee and they said they were out of coffee... not sure how a hotel runs out of coffee. Otherwise, all was fine.

I personally was very put off with the service in the hotel as we requested many items to be delivered to our room multiple times but it was never brought to us and resulted in us bringing it ourselves. The cleaning service was extremely poor as after requesting a room clean we came back to a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned with overfilled bins, towels on the floor and messy beds. To add on the breakfast bar had very narrow options and also there were many times where items needed to be restocked but it was left empty for a while.

It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle to the hotel, but you have to pay to return. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Ours lacked a hair dryer, but should have had one. When we called tonget one, there was no response and we tried numerous times. The breakfast was decent. Check in and out was simple.
