Good location, hotel, room is clean, good size room, our room had the lake and swiss alps view which made it more memorable. We will definitely come back. Highly recimmended!

This hotel was amazing. We had originally booked a different hotel, which turned out to be completely misleading. After a stressful search for alternative accommodations, this hotel welcomed us right away and had a room ready almost immediately. While the room didn’t have a view, the location was perfect—within walking distance of everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast, and extremely comfortable bed made our stay even better.
Although it was slightly on the pricier side, the quality and service made it well worth it. Highly recommend!

Had a lot of fun. The properly has old Swiss architecture that we absolutely loved. high quality upgraded beds and bathrooms that made the trip super comfortable.

We booked the rooftop penthouse. Views were good but room was very dusty, old smelly carpets. No window blinds on bath room windows, fridge not working.

This place was great as a solo traveler. Easy to find. Bus stop right out front that takes you directly to the train station, old quarter or Kriens to visit Mt. Pilatus. Great location. Clean and convenient!

The room was modern and clean and the location was great. The only complaint was that the lobby and hallways (even on the 4th floor) smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the day. Thankfully the room did not.

We found the staff to be nice check in and check out. We’re very efficient. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean. I did have one major complaint with the Hotel and brought it up with management. They did say they are working on it. they have a smoking bar Off of the lobby, but the smoke does not stay contained to that area. The lobby smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, and the smell drifted all the way up to the fifth floor through the open stairwell when we would open our door cigarette smoke would fill our room until we could air it out as being somebody that does not smoke and does not have any smokers in my household and because of our state laws in California, my exposure to cigarette smoke is minimum so this was very annoying

The location was great. Near the train station. The place is clean and staff were helpful.
The issue I have is the Wifi and the smell of smoke as you enter the lobby and thus go to the hallway. Fortunately it doesn’t go through the room

The entire hotel stinks of cigarette smoke from the bar/smokers lounge in the lobby area. As a non-smoker, this is almost unbearable. It's disgusting. Will not stay there again.

Walking distance from train station. Located in a very accessible area of Lucerne. The room was quite large and very comfortable. Lucerne is an extremely walkable city. As a city though, it did not feel like one. This hotel has a bus stop right outside the doors. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lucerne.

The location of the hotel was very good - easy walk to the old town, train station and Lion Monument… also good that the room comes with a coffee machine, good for having something hot when need it.
The hotel service was mediocre, we had to ask for new coffee supplies and transport pass. We mentioned to a lady at front that there was no service, she noted that we had mentioned it the previous evening but didn’t give any acknowledgement- such as an explanation or an apology.
It was also a bit tricky to log on to wifi - had to provide a credit card or a phone number for code. Since we have an international number, it didn’t work for us but to give a CC. Without charge though.
