The room is spacious for 2 people. Bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Supermarket is right beside the hotel and you can use microwave in the lobby area. The location is also great, around 5 minutes by foot from train station.

It was pleasant stay in Zurich. The location is not far from the intercity train station on quiet area. They have gym, sauna, and spa facilities in the hotel, restaurant on the ground floor. Everything is good here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. I will definitely go back if I come to Zurich again in the future.

There were a lot of windows and one of them was missing a curtain, so it was impossible to sleep once the sun came up. The second night, we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed, which helped a little. Also, the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was frosted glass, so when I went into the bathroom early to get ready for the day, the light in the bathroom came through the wall and into the bedroom where my husband was trying to sleep; he had to put a pillow over his face. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. And we enjoyed having a COOP just a few steps away. You’re also steps away from public transportation.

This hotel is right on Altstetten train station. It provides quick and easy access to Old town and the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, although on the tighter side was well designed to maximize space. It was clean and modern. The shower had good water pressure. I had a car rental. I decided to return it and use the train for access to different sites as it was cheaper and faster than keeping the car.

Property is in Good location walkable to public transportation. But the inconvenient of this property is there’s no phone in the room, no slippers, no bath robe you have to go down to the lobby to ask for everything you need and the room was dusty.

I regularly stay at this hotel as it is a convenient walk to work and great links to Central Zurich- only 2 stops on the train. The staff are friendly and the rooms are modern, comfortable and clean.

Well located for Altstetten station with regular trains, trams & buses. The train takes just a few minutes to get to Hauptbahnhof.
Modern hotel with good bright, well designed rooms.
During my stay the reception was being refurbished but all the staff, including the restaurant staff, were efficient, humourous & friendly.
I would suggest bigger, thicker towels for a 4-star hotel. The ones I had were small & thin.

No one cleaned up our room the whole day, so later in the afternoon I went to a reception and asked if someone could come over to clean up or at least if we can receive fresh towels. When we came back to the room around midnight there were no fresh towels… no one was there to clean up. Someone just came in to the room to put the tag do not disturb on the door, so they don’t need to clean up. I could not believe it ! This hotel doesn’t worth the money. Horrible, never again.
