We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience.
The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right.
A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt.

This resort is so beautiful. Since we got there the customer service was amazing. The resort was very accommodating to all our necessities from spa, dining, transportation and accessibility to near by attractions. I would love to come back and visit. Highly recommended

Resort La Ginabelle blew me away in a variety of ways! The staff was incredibly present, attentive, and kind. Our surprise upgrade on arrival to a suite with a view of the Matterhorn was spectacular. The breakfast buffet rivals that of a number of globally renowned five star hotels. And, of course, the spa (after a day of hiking) is the cherry on top. I can't recommend this hotel enough, especially with the exceptional service that helped us catch our train 7 minutes after checking out. If you're in Zermatt, don't want to stay on the shopping street, and want an amazing accommodation, Resort La Ginabelle should be a top choice.

It’s an awesome property. Their staff is also welcoming and helpful. I loved their breakfast as they had many options for vegetarians as well. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Zermatt.

The best breakfast in all my European travels. The spa and heated pools were fantastic. Friendly and very helpful staff. Easy 10 minute walk to the town center. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the bathroom. Overall very satisfactory experience.

Wonderful stay & well maintained hotel, incredible spa. Few things for improvement: should be 4 pillows for king size by default (we had to ask for more, as had only two), a bit disappointed with 2 duvets for a king size bed, where it’s normally just 1. Rather than that,- incredible stay! Thank you

I would absolutly recommend this property to anyone looking to blown away by an exceptional resort. We went to plenty of bars around Zermatt, and the best creative cocktails to be had are at La Ginabelle.

All the staffs are very friendly. I had been contacting the hotel due to potentially late check in caused by flight cancellation and delays. They gave me options for late check in if I arrived after 11pm. Sarina and her colleagues monitored my status and arranged a taxi pickup from the train station.
The room was clean and nice with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided enough variety.
This hotel is only a few minutes walk to sunnega. Very convenient location.

High end wonderful property, mixture of old world charm and modern amenities! Location cannot be beat, close to shopping streets, ski areas, trains and buses for travel and ski. All in a beautiful area by river, the sounds very tranquil. staff very personable and helpful. The pools and spa area outstanding, truly luxurious. Only place in town I believe with pools outside, gorgeous. And our room had view of Matterhorn, what a treat! Saw the sun glow on top 3 mornings, so blessed! Our family of 5 loved it! Ski room also heated your boots at night! Amazing stay! Would love to return. Oh and before I forget, an incredible breakfast! Make your own juice room, live cooking, fresh honey you take from the comb, outstanding quality! And Prosecco 😉
