Comfortable stay and easy check in. We got in late and the self check in was very easy to understand. Amazing view on the castle! A short walking distance to the town centre/square. The breakfast was really good and the people working there were very welcoming!

This is my go to lodging in Brig. Super easy check in, free parking right out front, great views and a nice breakfast make this a great value, especially for Switzerland.

We really like personal touch.. giving us the room even bigger then we booked.. the breakfast was decent with everything what we eat usually for breakfast, the property is close to train station.. and it’s quiet what we like. Thanks guys we really appreciate .

Even though we only spent one night! We truly love this charming hotel! The view was to die for! We arrived late in the evening on a Sunday and I was very impress with how easy self-check in was. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Couldn't get access as was booked and paid for on my behalf by someone else. Didn't say anywhere that I needed credit card no security code to gain access! Couldn't get hold of CC owner so had to sleep on streets!

The hotel was good. Nice breakfast nice people. Only negative was didn't like self check in and the third person's bed was extremely lumpy and hard hence a poor night sleep. Otherwise good.

This hotel does not operate as a "self-check-in" establishment, as they neither send the codes nor respond to emergency calls or messages. The rude behavior receptionist Monique was appalling. She failed to provide check-in codes and even lied about sending them via hotels.com chat despite evidence to the contrary. Her dismissive attitude throughout the stay only exacerbated the frustration. Furthermore, the room had some problems such as broken heater and very loud (you can hear people flushing toilets). The management team did nothing to resolve any issues. Avoid!!!
