This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it.

Felt luxurious and special in every way; the family especially enjoyed the pool/s, spa and games room. We ate at both Brasserie 1809 and Spielboden by The Capra; from the stupendous breakfasts available and wide choice of delicious cuisine it was an undoubted highlight!

This by far was the best hotel stay I have ever had! I travel a lot and own 3 BNB's . This place is unbelievable!!~The stay is extraordinary , the accommodation is 10 stars, they take care of you like royalty. I highly recommend this fabulous property. It is stupendous!!!
