Worst experience we need full refund

Comfy beds, really good appliances. Fridge was cracked at the bottom but a great apartment for short trips.

Don’t stay here Not easy place to find and when we open the door smells like a not clean bathroom, floor not clean, toilet paper holder broken and shower head was broken, for 3 days we were there gad to hold the shower head if I wanted to shower. People smoking outside my window and the window was open when we got there. Police was there when we got back from dinner questioning some people at the front door. And every time when we would go and come back were some guys hanging out the front doors smoking and commenting and we didn’t feel safe. Was extremely hot weather and the fan provided in the unit was small barely working and was dirty blowing warm/hot dust air. . Will never use this place again.

No air conditioning. The fan they gave me was disgustingly covered in dust and dirt. Was not helpful. Was very hard to even get ahold of the property. very warm inside.

Overall just a massive breakdown in communication. Once booked on Hotels.com no communication received from the hotel. Apparently they have a required registration process that does not occur automatically and it required us making multiple calls to the Hotels.com help like to get the required Booking reference number. One of the two units could not support EU standard electrical converters and needed an electrician to fix. Neither of the two units booked at functioning fans.

If you're looking for an affordable-ish place to stay in expensive Zurich, like our family, you may be inclined to stay at Vision Apartments. Here are some things to be aware of through our experience. First of all, there is no AC. This is actually more common in Europe than I realized, but something travelers should be aware of. We stayed in June and it was very hot and uncomfortable. Secondly, your apartment will likely not look anything like the pictures. We were in a basement apartment with painted concrete floors and bare bones accommodations. These apartments show all the signs of corporate absentee ownership trying to maximize profit by minimizing their own expenses. There is no one on site to talk to, just QR codes to report things, and a hard-to-find number to call. To get our entry code we needed to fill out an online form that day, which didn't work, so we had to call customer service and send our passport over email which we try to avoid at all costs. When we arrived, about 45 minutes after check in, the cleaner was still there, likely due to understaffing. We reported this, and the company had a ready response -- 30% off your NEXT stay within the next year. We won't be returning. The second day we found a cockroach on the floor and reported this. The company did eventually give us a partial refund for this. Our freezer was not working, so ice cream we bought turned to soup. It was bad enough that it all became one big joke with our three girls.

Great. Only suggestion would be to offer a WhatsApp chat channel. Most tourists have only a data sim card with no calls

The property was not at all what we expected from the advertising and the photos on the Expedia website. It was totally inadequate and unsuitable. Since staff are remote they can hide behind their computer sceens refusing to assist. It was a terrible stay for me and my family. From false advertising to poor attitudes, this was a dreadful experience.

We booked this location for a single night stay in order to get a good night of sleep before a very long trip back to North America the next day. Unfortunately, the night was not good. The room was extremely hot and had no air conditioning or ventilation. A small fan was in each bedroom but only one worked and it was fully insufficient to cool the room. Windows in the bedrooms opened directly to the sidewalk and very busy street outside the room. The heat, loud street noise and bright car lights shining directly through the windows kept us from sleeping. The room was relatively clean and had most of the basic amenities.

Bathroom ceiling leaking. 1/2inch of water on bathroom floor. No bathroom light. No AC and 2 of the 3 fans supplied did not work. 3rd fan barely blew air. Dining room lamp dim. No balcony furniture. Advertised as a “Senior Apartment” has slippery floors when wet and several trip hazards present on the floors. Mold growing in shower. This unit is falsely advertised and was nothing close to what is expected by their pictures and descriptions. STAY FAR AWAY. Customer support was useless, only offered to send someone to look at the leaking ceiling- never offered to find a replacement- we had to leave and find another place to stay- almost ruined our whole trip to Zurich.

Every thing is just good

It is such bad place to stay, service is very very bad, very dirty, I had to kill 12 cockroach in 5 mins with my family and broken elevator, traped in broken elevator for 40 mins to be rescued buy police!!!! Naver Naver stay here!!!!

Appartment was in basement beside the main road very noisey Quiet hot in summer. Fans barely works. Otherwise clean.

Room was tiny with no air co only fan. Was placed on first floor so couldn’t leave window open at night due to noise. Because of this the room was super hot and could not sleep.

In need of better ventilation or air conditioner

The shower mixing valve is unsafe. The hot water end of the mixer becomes very hot that it could burn someone while they’re showering. It burn my wife as she turned in the small shower

Lo único bueno es lo cerca al transporte, y al aeropuerto. Lo malo: muy ruidoso, no tiene ventilación adecuada se pone muy sofocado el ambiente, no tiene aire acondicionado ni siquiera los ventiladores funcionan bien (no sirven en absoluto deberían cambiarlos) Tuvimos bastante calor las 2 noches casi sin poder dormir por ese motivo y sumando el ruido constante de la calle. La limpieza le doy un 7 , el baño muy pequeño (excepto la regadera que es amplia al menos). Las mesas que tienen en las habitaciones ocupan demasiado espacio. deberían poner algo más funcional en su lugar.

The room I was given was extremely hot and located directly at street level, which made it incredibly noisy and uncomfortable, especially at night. The heat was unbearable, and the fan provided was dirty, full of dust, and barely worked — it didn’t blow any air at all. The coffee maker in the room was broken and completely unusable. I sent an email requesting a room change due to these issues, but I never received any response and no action was taken. I ended up leaving the hotel two days earlier than planned and had to book another place to stay. I requested some form of compensation for the poor experience, but the hotel refused. Overall, the service was very poor, and I would not recommend staying here. It was truly a disappointing and uncomfortable
