Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam, professionell und herzlich – man merkt, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Das Essen war exzellent: kreative, hochwertige Küche auf konstant hohem Niveau. Auch das Ambiente, die Sauberkeit und die Lage mitten in der Natur waren top. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Despite not being able to ski very much because of snow storms we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was a perfect place to go with kids as they were very nicely catered for with kid sized toweling robes and kid friendly bedding. The swimming pool was popular and they also enjoyed the kids club which had a good program of activities in the morning and evening. The breakfast buffet was very nice and we had an extremely enjoyable meal at the Kachelofi Stubli restaurant one night (without the kids). The staff were all friendly and helpful and it is definitely a place we would return to.

very good experience...junior suite was top after changing from the first one offered which was much smaller and darker. We found out that they offer junior suites but do have 3 categories of Jr suites...our advice make sure that you get the better ones. The Spa section is really great...state of the art with a very generous swimming pool. Generally the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast buffet: plenty, fresh, with great variety; cold cuts should be of better quality and not the kind you find in a second rate low cost super market. Arosa is very hilly and handicap elder visitors...it seems that it also has a micro-climate that bring in clouds and rain...be sure to check weather forecasts. The road (there is only one) from Zug to Arosa is a nightmare.

Skiwochenende in Arosa mit einem schönen Skitag. Das Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen, guter und freundlicher Service und Betreuung der Gäste. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gerade noch den letzten erwischt. Ansonsten wäre es mit 20.- Zuschlag pro Nacht in der Tiefgarage möglich gewesen.
