Hotel was centrally located in a busy tourist spot so easy to get around. Close to Ximen station (walking distance). Good sized room. Buffet breakfast available which is nice to start the day with. No complaints, thank you!

Its conveniently located in the.middle of XMT walking street but a little far to walk to the stn esp if u carry stuff. The room is good esp the toilet and shower cubicles are separated. The hair dryer is the small old fashioned type, a little under powered. So if u hv long thick hair, bring yr own. The breakfast is good!! Overall recommended.

The hotel ambience is a mix between a college dormitory and a minimum security prison: spare concrete hallways and tile floors, industrial-style furnishings. Think functional, utilitarian, not cozy. IKEA-esque. Breakfasts were just okay: one automatic espresso machine for 50 guests, always running low on beans; two hard-working cooks struggling to keep up with the line-up for morning eggs, nothing covered with sneeze guards.

I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel. Another guest was able to gain access to our room, which is a major breach of security and extremely distressing. This situation made us feel unsafe and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s safety protocols and key card management.

The bar was well stocked but they had limited cocktail offering. Only one persom was properly make drinks Every morning at breakfast the tables were constantly dirty witj prevouos gueateals and it was like they did not have enough staff to leep up with the cleaning and clearing of the tables. I would not stay here again.

The room is very small. There's only one chair for two people in a room. The bed is so uncomfortable. Staff are ok not that happy serving us. The location is very close to the station and so many shops.
