Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Very modern, clean, convenient location and super friendly staff.
One downside is the rooms with the windows are quite bright in the morning as the blinds are not thick enough to block the sun light in the morning.
Apart from that, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel is located at duty building. Elevator is horrible dirty. They gave us smelling with old carpet room, so we have to pay extra to get best room in the facility according to owner. I think for the price you paid, there are lots of options. Be mindful that some of hotel in Taiwan that they only own couple of floors of the building, so even they rooms are ok , but the building they are in could be horro

Great hotel, the cheapest room was small but full of nice touches such as a nexpresso machine, nice toiletries and a fancy loo. Water freely available. Location excellent for walking to lots of sights and restaurants plus the mrt station. Staff outstanding, in particular Eric who was really helpful in recommending things to do and where to eat in addition to practical information for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff was top notch. Eric and Thomas were extremely helpful. They were full of good advice. They listened and were patient in explaining how to use the transportation system, the different sites of interest. Quite honestly they made our stay in Taipei comfortable and enjoyable. They were top notch hosts.
We liked the area but found it more oriented to a younger crowd.
The hotel had an industrial chic design. It was comfortable with large windows for light which could open for fresh air and black out curtains. Amazing fresh white bedding. Good for a brief stay as there was very little storage space.

The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. The front entrance was hard to find. The hotel was nice and clean. The room we stayed in didn't have any windows which we were aware of when we booked it. The next time we will book a room with a window. The front desk personnel was very helpful.

The staff was just the best, the room small but very clean and functional but need more rack or something to store your clothes but usually guests stay in Taipei only one or two day so they do not need more storage place I guess.
The wall are paper thin so you could ear almost everything around, I will go again as the staff location and condition of the room was fantastic.

Check in was easy and friendly speaking great English. Room had everything I needed including bottled water and an Expesso Coffee maker. Bed was comfortable, hot water in shower and great wifi.
Overall an excellent stay in a great location.

the front desk left an impression on me. Queenie was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. The room was basic but that was what we signed up for. the hot water was super, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was unbeatable and close to amenities, shopping and food. will definitely recommend it to friends.

Good location, GREAT staff very welcoming. Pet BUNNY🐰 very cute. Room was small, black carpet showed everything. Bathroom drain wasn’t the best, bathroom lacked places to put your items but does have a bidet. Laundry services were quick and not pricy. Very accommodating with late check out.

It was a great stay for me. The location was extremely convenient for everything especially for using the MRT.
The entrance has a different vibe from the 4F Official Hotel area, be realistically poses no significant issue.

Super chic hotel, the hotel itself is in an apartment building (so you will always see locals taking the same lift - but it’s not a problem at all). The room is of a good size, great amenities (their hairdryer is Dyson! Nespresso machine, Smeg kettle) and the bathroom is so spacious and clean. I have to commend the friendly staff and pets (hello rabbit and hamster at the lobby!) and the amazing Internet wifi speed. It’s one of the fastest I’ve had in the whole of Taiwan. Local wise it’s close enough to walk to the central Ximending area, but also quiet enough since it’s near Cinema Park. Very nice photo areas of the graffiti around the hotel vicinity. Highly recommend, and will return if I’m back in Taipei!
