乾淨舒適，剛好去的時候寒流來，房間有暖氣很溫暖，停車跟老闆說一聲，會告知哪邊可停車，早餐可中式或西式，提前跟老闆說，離伊達邵碼頭5-10分鐘很近

房間較為陽春，但該有的都有，早餐若是有不足的品項主人都會視情況再補充。清潔部分這次住的馬桶蓋有些髒污，有看到小蟑螂，其餘空間還算整潔。但位置算是相當方便，如果大部分時間都在外遊玩，這間也算是不錯的選擇

沙發已經沒有彈性垮了。電視遙控器跟電視不同廠牌，只能開機關機。房間很擠。算乾淨但是老舊。將就ㄧ晚還可以，沒有渡假的感覺。浴室熱水出水量高於冷水，很燙。最好自己用起子或五元硬幣從牆面出水口把熱水出水量調小。光調龍頭是沒用的。
