優點的部分，首先住宿的位置十分優秀，走路5分鐘就可以到國華街和大多台南的著名小吃，而且房間很大間但是缺點是冬天浴室熱水還忽冷忽熱實在是讓人很失望，而且第二天一回到房間浴室裡就有一股異味，嚴重懷疑是房務人員在房客廁所裡面上大號，雖然實在是很誇張但很難想到其他解釋，已要求業者改進

房間真的很乾淨，和照片看到的一樣，衛浴乾濕分離，還有孩子專用的牙刷，衛浴也很乾淨，如果房間內有小桌子就更棒了！
