The lobby service is impeccable. I arrived way early from my check in timing, and requested early check-in if possible. They cannot guarantee, but got the room ready within 1.5 hours for me to check in, and also helped move my luggage into the room when I was making my way back to the hotel

The car park is weird as their are only arrows for driving out. B2 & B3 are indicates for guests but was full. Had to park car and ask reception and then advised to park at B1. Advised that Hotel is very busy and I should attend early, why should that be required, I didn’t and attended at 9am on a Sunday so had to wait in lobby to attend breakfast, there should be an overspill room or the option of breakfast in room, maybe there was but I didn’t ask. If it’s full to capacity it should be able to cope. It’s a nice hotel, new and modern but next to main road which is noisy at night.

Amazing room interior, very clean, cozy and modern design. The bed was really comfortable, and quiet, definitely got a good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious, lots of varieties to select from.
Would love to stay here again if I come to Taichung next time!

Room was comfortable, with nice little sofa area in front of bed. The openess of bathroom, separated by glass door, allows privacy & openness at different times. Great stay, breakfast buffet also good, even witj a full house.

The place offer the basic stuff to get you through a 2-3 day stay. Many of the amenities you may be use to in hotels (toothbrushes, combs, brushes, shower caps) are not furnished here.
There’s no type of room service (food). If you’re a local there are many establishments in the area to find food, but it can be difficult for a person that doesn’t read or speak Mandarin.
But the rooms, depending on your preference are very comfortable. The only downside is that the rooms have balconies BUT they are permanently locked.
Great hotel for a short stay. I travel every week because of my profession, I found it hard to get comfortable at this establishment for a whole week. But I won’t say this place is bad, just not my standards.
