The staff, service, and food were all excellent. The only thing I could make a comment on was the age of the room. The room itself was clean but not as up-to-date like other hotels. Overall our stay was great.

The hotel room is very clean and this hotel is very close to downtown. A five-minute walk can bring you to the Arts and Culture Center. Yet there is no need to worry about traffic, noises. I also like the pool and fitness room.

Me and my wife were on our honeymoon and it was just wonderful staying at Fullon hotel. we had a great time. Special mention to the reception staff who were so helpful, cooperative, warm and nice to us. They helped us with all kinds of information, be it about the metro service, rail and bus services or be it about the restaurants, massage centres and so on. Had a lovely stay.

Overall, it's clean, pretty nice, and good if you're just having a layover.
I really liked the SPA and hotspring upstairs. The desk person there was exceptional as well. However, the facility could use a good scrub to get rid of the mineral deposits.
The hotel is not very accessible by public transit. So expect to take a taxi to and from the airport (approx. 400NT one way) and/or to the train station if you're headed into the city. If you want to see Taipei itself, get a hotel closer to the MRT or in the city itself.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Has very thin walls, I can hear next door taking a shower or even talking. Very close to the airport and is situated in a safe neighborhood.

My friend left his backpack in a taxi when we arrived the hotel from the airport. The hotel staff were so helpful to help us to call the airport and the taxi company to find the taxi driver. They are so kind and at the end we found taxi driver in half an hour. Thanks God and the front desk staff.

It is a very spacious and lovely hotel. The bathroom was amazing too. I loved that my room had a nice big bathtub and a seperate shower with a rain shower.

Don’t listen to the Orbitz website or on ur confirmation where is tells u there is no front desk to check in at. There is a great reception desk with wonderful staff. 24 hours a day.

Great hotel with great service, recommend to everyone.
The only downfall is not close to the airport, about 20-25 minutes driving to the airport. Other than this, it's goog in everyway.
