Stayed here on 2 occassions and were very pleased with the configuration of both the queen room and twin bed room (we booked the ones with windows). Good sized rooms for the price with some closet, cubby hole and table drawers for storage and good sized bathroom/toilet. Very clean. Very quiet non-smoking property with lots of no noise rules (which we like). Noting that the the tub/shower is very deep which may pose some issues with entry/exit for those with any mobility limitations, but otherwise great property for all ages. Location is good for access to 2 major MRT lines (5 minute walk to one and 10 minutes to the other) and lots of small laneway as well a higher end restaurants within easy walking distance as well as several coffee shops. One coin operated washer and dryer on site for guest use -both functioned well and the desk will convert cash to coins and sells laundry detergent.

Location is good, close to metro station and bus station. Room is clean and comfortable. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. It could be better if some USB charger installed at bedside as there was only one socket near the desk.

Service was good, note the following: 1. hotel breakfast is across the street involving major crosswalks and no take away allowed. Detracts from convenience. 2. I booked a windowless room, great for sleeping but IMPOSSIBLE to maintain any type of internet connection. Called and requested resets the whole time, after 4-6 resets per night, I just gave up. Staff was extremely patient, but another MINUS. 3. Laundry is on the sky deck, elevator goes to FL9, then walk up to “loft” / deck. 4. Shower drainage required and had to be requested several times. 5. Lobby is on FL2, building is partially shared with office building. Despite above, comfortable and large room thus a 7.8-8.1 range is reasonable and a kit is for great attitude of service staff.

Great location, 2 short blocks from subway. If you are arriving by MRT with luggage Exit 1 has elevator & up/down escalators. Exits 4, 7 have up escalators. Starbucks across the street where staff could speak some English. Several restaurants on street, lots of 7-11s, and a Watsons drug store. Decent hot buffet, great scrambled eggs but breakfast meats aren't great. My 7th floor room had 2 single beds, reasonably sized, in-room safe, fridge and free bottled water. Housekeeping standards not the best, don't remember if they vacuumed the floors during my stay. Shower drained was clogged and drained very slowly. Never replaced my bar of hand soap, had to buy my own hand soap It's cold and flu season in Asia so washing your hands is essential to prevent illness.

Get a room with a window or a double w. out the windowless single rooms are not even big enough to fully open a large suitcase
The lack of space was the only downside, and i did have the option for an upgrade if i paid more.
Overall it was a very nice place to rest after exploring, the bed was comfortable and the hot water plentiful, though the shower staff rim was way too high

The staff is super nice, very Japanese style.
The house cleaning lady is really nice and does a very good job.
Bathroom is the highlight of the room, TOTO toilet seat is a plus.
Only complaint is the wifi service, ready bad, very bad.
The laundry room is located at 10th floor, it's clean and not a lot of people using it.
Overall, totally recommended.

Everything in this hotel is as described. Our room was clean and it met our expectation.
However, I believe the hotel was under renovation and some of those materials for the renovation were left on the stairwell. That stairwell was the only way we could use to get to the top floor where the laundry room was I don't know the fire code in Taiwan but that didn't seem right.
The breakfast is not offered at the same site but at its sister hotel across the street. During the weekend and during a certain time of the morning the restaurant at the sister hotel could become very crowded, and certain dishes could run out.
