Very nice room on 11th floor with balcony facing the water. Small fridge Water refill station King size bed w nice pillows & duvet Convenient location. Easy to find an Uber or taxi too if needed. Would definitely book again

多次入住感覺依舊良好，隔音效果中上，光這個就比很多間旅館好很多，房間燈光不會太暗，有挑高床睡起來軟硬舒適不會隔天起床有腰酸背痛感，蓮蓬頭熱水來的快水壓很大有乾濕分離，唯獨淋浴間稍小了一點點，冰箱有附4罐小瓶飲料，真的很👍，還有中午12點退房，這個跟很多11點退房的旅館相比真的完勝，差1個小時感覺真的也很有差，極推薦的旅館👍

飯店算是還在試營運，門口隱密不明顯，電梯上二樓有臨時櫃台辦理入住。餐廳也還在建置，沒附早餐，有提供minibar 及簡單餅乾供取用。房間非邊間，大小迷你，洗手台在入口處，非在浴室內；無衣櫃有簡單衣架，隔音非常普通，可輕易聽到外面開門聲及隔壁衣架掛衣聲；有陽台，但在低樓層且戶外空氣不佳沒有出去！入住兩晚，第一天有要求整理房間丟垃圾補備品；退房後有提供行李寄放服務。但最後美中不足的是退房寄放行李，離開飯店後不久，就接到飯店來電詢問，房務人員找不到一條中型毛巾（可能是方巾），告知只有使用一條，其餘都在原位或浴室架子上，電話人員就只再回覆請房務人員找找看… 個人覺得觀感不佳，應該仔細確認數量是否正確後，真的都沒找到，再做電話詢問，而不是以質疑客人偷竊的語氣撥打電話！這也是第一次在住宿後被問到這種奇怪的問題…雖然品牌價位不高，但細微的待人處事也是很重要的。

房間雖然不大，但還蠻舒服的。陽台還可以看到高雄港。但有點清潔不太確實。玄關角落還有些灰塵跟毛髮。還有我吊在衣架跟充電線及雨傘，幫我折好、收好跟捲好。真的很少飯店會做到。很貼心的服務
