The room was recently renovated and was very comfortable and quiet. They have a huge breakfast buffet with lots of choices and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I visit Tainan on business twice a year and I always stay here!

The hotel building is U shape. Make sure you request a room that have a view for the outside ... otherwise you will be seeing windows from other rooms that are like 10-15m away.

希望可以改進的地方：
空調的溫控基本上沒有用，所以我們直接關掉了空調，沒有空調的話，房間會比較潮濕，因為天氣冷，窗戶結滿了水滴。
希望可以有暖氣。
浴缸的水流出之後，沒有辦法流到排水孔，需要自行將水趕到排水孔，否則積水很危險。
地毯的清潔有待加強。
四人房的雙人床偏窄，筆者185公分，會比較侷促一些。
好的地方：
工作桌很寬敞、客房服務者是移工雖需要用英文溝通但服務態度好好、用餐感受很好且餐點選擇豐富。
整體上，住得不是很舒服，但用餐愉快。

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a huge selection and is very good. Can get crowded at times with tour groups, weddings, etc. but it's overall a very nice place to stay.

I rate this hotel 4.5/5 just because of the AC in the room wasn't working properly.
I set the temperature to 20 degrees Celsius, however the rm temperature never drop below 24 degree Celsius. Try auto temperature, hi , mid and low setting but after 24 hour the room still feel warm. I didn't bothered to speak with them because I only needed the rm for 1 evening.
