Good place to stay

Hotel is very comfortable, walking distance to some famous eateries. Easy pick-up area for Uber. Overall a splendid stay!

I had two rooms for two nights. Hotel is a 4/5, but the inability of the staff to internally communicate a late checkout led to a very negative experience. The night before checkout, I went to the front desk asking if they could accommodate a late checkout. They offered an 1pm for both rooms and I inquired if we could do just one room for 2pm (we were scheduling around my toddlers afternoon nap) and they said it was not a problem. I confirmed this for a second time that evening and confirmed a third time the next day at the checkout if the first room. Then as my toddler was napping they called the room at 1230 asking us to checkout. This woke up my toddler and I went to the front desk to again confirm the 2pm checkout for the fourth time. They apologized for the confusion. Then, my 5th interaction was with a cleaner that unlocked the room door and attempted to enter to clean at 1pm, waking my toddler again. When we finally checked out nothing else was offered and we left with my child in a full tantrum. I expect better from Silks.

Excellent hotel at a great price.

I stayed at the 14th floor. The room was spacious and clean! It’s right next to a department store. So very easy for shopping, and has lots of restaurants options in that area. Quiet at night too. I loved all the cute unique decorations too! Overall a nice hotel, would recommend!

大門口的吸菸區應該往旁邊再移一點，不然每次進出就必須跟著吸二手煙。 其餘住宿軟硬體事宜都很棒，有機會到臺南勢必會回訪。

房間很大，很舒適。 電視有一點小但可以連結手機很棒！ 床鋪隔壁在動的時候也略有感。枕頭可以選軟硬。 早餐分中西式（二選一），西式很好吃，中式還沒嚐到。 贈送的飲料很好喝，咖啡也不錯。 整體隔音很讚，幾乎聽不到吵鬧。 贈送壽星的蛋糕也非常好吃！

晶英酒店冰箱迎賓飲料種類多，很大方，可惜我不習慣氣泡飲料，如果能有果汁或無氣泡冰茶會更開心，謝謝。

I really like the attentive care this hotel gives to its guests. They will also try their best to meet the needs of the guests! I think it's a great hotel! Shopping malls and eating places are within walkable distance! The room is also very clean! The most novel thing is that this hotel has placed an AI in every room. If you need any information, you can ask the AI directly! marvelous! So if anyone is coming to Tainan, I highly recommend this hotel!
