A very nice place. The B&B was in a great location, equipped with modern features in a beautifully designed building. Old meets new, very well designed.

It's a comfortable place to relax. Wi-Fi is a bit weak at the beginning, but the owner beefed it up to become very strong. Although a small table set up is not ideal to use, but it can be easily moved to wherever you want it to be. I became fully enjoyable staying there later on.

The two rooms we rented were clean, but the owner was fastidious and watched over the house like a hawk to make sure no one did any damage to his property. Shortly after we checked in, he came to our room to go over details about the door locks, sliding windows, etc. Good thing we only stayed a night and not more. Breakfast comprised of some blanched radish and broccoli, a Chinese steamed bun and some fresh fruits, with a choice of coffee or milk tea but no refills. We had an enjoyable experience last year staying at a B&B in Sun Moon Lake, but the same could not be said for this place. Overall, this homestay is a bit over-rated, not suitable for larger groups.

房內清潔度優, 原本希望吃到評價不錯的早餐, 但是老闆說7:30太早無法提供, 退了每人80元令人有失望我們有喝咖啡的習慣想說沒早餐請喝咖啡應該還行吧老闆說:咖啡是早餐內含的真的~又失望了想說有"湯池" 但是老闆說:沒溫泉,只有熱開水真的~真的~很失望總之~~~被家人笑死了每年都須回宜蘭覺得人情味薄了

整體來說老闆很親切熱情解說，以及服務態度很棒，雖然不是原本的房型，但還是很有誠意的解決換房，不過床上會有螞蟻可能老闆要暸解一下，有爬到身上及枕頭上不少隻，不知是否木頭地板有藏螞蟻，其他大致上都很優，螞蟻在床上算是唯一美中不足之處，感謝老闆的熱情款待，讓我們有一個美好的渡假假期～

老闆很nice，不但主動提議幫我們免費升等溫泉房，也對所有細節都能清楚介紹。位置就在湯圍溝公園旁邊，不論用餐或逛街，都非常方便!!

1. 民宿老闆就住在一樓隨時在客廳等候好壞見仁見智 2. 浴室很大浴缸很大但水流很小估計放到一般可以泡澡的水位至少需1-1.5小時淋浴的地方滿小的地板也有點滑務必小心 3. 房間清淨度普普通通小朋友在地板爬來爬去有點小過敏
