This was our 2nd time staying in Tango Inn Zhongshan. We like to commend the staff on the day we checked out on 9 May. She is friendly and helped me called a taxi to Taoyuan Metro and took down our feedback on ice dispenser. We are heartened to see that the hotel followed up on our last suggestion. Another point to improve on is the ice dispenser machine. The valve is dirty and perhaps corroded. This is not hygienic and safe for adding to drinks. Perhaps the hotel could look into it and we will be be delighted to see a band new or sanitised ice dispenser when we book our next stay. Thank you.

We booked two rooms for a quick stay in Taipei. The rooms are clean with good size bathrooms. The staff were very friendly. Very convenient location.

這邊的一切都很好，位置、整潔、舒適、服務。比較可惜的是房務人員的打掃，因為中午的時候我還在休息，所以請房務人員晚點來打掃，等到傍晚我要出門的時候，櫃檯說房務人員已經下班了。如果房務或櫃檯有提早告知房務下班的時間，可能我會請他們在我還沒出門時就來做整理…結果房間的垃圾放了兩天

The rooms are so small, really small. Lots of small damages like the wallpapers, and even the bidet power plug is broken and the wires are exposed. The shower room is not properly sealed either and after each shower you will have to dry up the flooding on the floor. It's just way too expensive for this kind of quality. Oh, and the balcony rooms, don't bother, they are just facing the building and if you open the balcony you are just gonna invite mosquitos in. I'd also like to note that the staff is at best lukewarm, most of the time they refuse to accommodate your requests and would charge for anything extra. I don't think I would come back and stay here again.

The hotel was clean. The location is good. Walkable to Zhongshan metro mall. And metro and high speed train lines. A lot of food options
Would stay at this location again.

The hotel has good location within walking distance of metro, bus stop and Taipei main station. The room was clean, with lots of storage space and electrical outlets. The corridor and lobby are a little too dark, almost like a Japanese love hotel 😂. The breakfast was good. I wish they had hand sanitizer in the restaurant. The washing machines and dryers a definite plus if you plan to stay longer.

Breakfast was minimal not worth the price
Rooms are small and our room was labeled a penthouse. Other Tango hotels down the street are probably those that I read the reviews for. The 9.2 reviews were certainly not for this hotel. The staff spoke very little English. They were unable to direct us to a pharmacy.
