Dirty hotel room- extremely dirty toilet.

We like the location, we stayed at this hotel each time when we go back to Taiwan. But the hotel is getting old , I think may need some upgrades bathroom like shower door. I see some mold in the shower wall. It is very humidity in the room. A young lady in the front desk is very helpful and nice.

合理的住宿費，周邊交通很方便，只是因為這個旅館太舊了，房間的天花板有很嚴重的水漬痕跡，如果可以重新整修，會更好～

I liked that the train station was nearby, as well as the access to nearby convenience stores.

the room had no heat and was cold. my kids were cold and night and got sick. when we told them we could not stay any longer, they were rude and refunded me only one of the two remaining nights

Dirty but cheap

Properties is very dirty. Look like they never take care it. I only can give 1 star. But location is good.

The hotel location is great, it has small garden that keeps away busy traffic noise; but it is convenient to get daily necessity. However, the facility is very old, dirty carpet and mold in the bathroom.

Torn curtains, dirty windows and more spiders in the room

Location is good, quite near to Tzu Chi Hospital. What I did not like is the place they served breakfast. There were many small cockroaches seen near the serving area.

The hotel is in a church plaza which is a bit weird but no big deal. Main problem is the hotel is super old and not in a charming way. The room we got had extensive water damage to the ceiling to the point where I was worried in the back of my mind about it coming down on us while we slept. The walls had strange stains, I don’t know if it was blood but it was dark and rust colored. The room was functional and nothing bad happened to us but I would not want to stay there again.

I was there on business and this hotel was within walking distance of the office so fit my needs well. The included breakfast was hearty and good, there were a lot of restaurants also within walking distance, as well as a convenience store for anything you forgot and the MRP (metro). The room and hotel were clean and rate very reasonable. The beds are very firm, but I found my neck issues better while there so more noting it than complaining. The room was borderline too cool and I couldn’t find a good way to adjust. This was in February so it was cooler in general and again, more of a note for anyone sensitive to that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff and workers were great!

I don't go to 3 star hotels often because the job pays for my trips. I decided to go with this one because I like racking up hotels.com rewards, and this was the only one near my work that was walking distance. So those two facts were a deciding factor. The hotel could use some new carpet. The hallway carpet on my floor, 9th floor, were pretty stained. My room has some ceiling stains, and the furniture is ordinary. The tables have lots of condensation stains. THe bed is super firm. I didn't mind that too much. I couldn't get the wifi to work after it connected. I didn't bother and fell back on my phone hotspot. The bathroom was better than the bedroom. All tile floors with a drain so you could actually pull the shower head out towards the sink and wash yourself without worry about flooding the room. Hot water takes a bit to build up. It's got a bidet. Normal bathroom amenties. I'm not a 'service' person type so I can't rate the cleaning service. My major complaint is that the room smells like cigarettes. Taiwan's a smoking country, and you can't expect a 3 star hotel to rid these rooms of cigarette smoke from violators.

Our experience was really bad because of cleanliness. One of the quilts was dirty, the family member who slept in that bed got bug bites. Some of the clean towels had hairs in it. The bathroom floor tiles got wet after we flushed the toilet, cause water came out from the caulking of the tiles. The only thing that we are happy is the location of this inn, it is only five minutes walk to the MRT (subway).

comfort room with larger space than normal in the area. clean & nice service. breakfast is not plenty but good enough and delicous. High CP value.

Spacious room, bathroom was not too clean.
