L don't like the room because the pictures are shown in the app not match the real ones and inside the room is smelley from smoking. Lm not satisfied at all!

Staff can't speak English. Before staying for a very long time Because we booked on the 2nd day but stay on the 3rd day then won't let us stay because taking anyone's name is not our name Which booked the same day as us Despite having already submitted the passport Different names
