很難得遇到下雨天的台南民宿在不能會車的巷子內，因此也很少車出入，正好可以在門口暫停，主人熱情幫忙下行李；提供海安路停車場票券，很貼心民宿可步行到樂河廣場；正興街國華街也很近，鑫華茶餐廳、阿明豬心金華店都步行可到房間很乾淨、公用空間也維持的很好，沒有菸味，床鋪和枕頭也乾淨一樓公用空間有長桌，餐具和設備簡單但充足，小孩可在旁邊玩，大人可悠閒聊天很好的住宿體驗，值得支持！
