Yunoyado Onsen Hotspring Hotel Deyang

Great location and love the hot springs The room was a bit small depending on the room you choose but in general it was good They also provide afternoon snacks!

Very nice Japanese style hotel, location is convenient near the shopping area. Breakfast tastes good. The hot spring in room is excellent.

The first night our room was next to a staircase, so the noise was loud,the second night we were moved to another building, it was a bigger room, but the whole building had a very bad order.

Great to have your personal onsen tub in room.

The room was a bit small in compare to the bathroom/in-room onsen area.

The location was excellent and the room was clean and good size for the four of us.

We booked this thinking it would be a relaxing Onsen experience and it was anything but. A diesel generator & gurgling drains kept us awake all night so we had no sleep. I would not reccomend.

Overall a good experience but the bathroom needs update especially the 温泉。Its not working.

Nice and spacious room. Small lift which is typical of Japanese style ryokan.

Our 3 nights stay was comfortable, with a sizable soaking bathtub big enough for 2 pax, but the room size was a little small for us with 2 big luggages. The hotel provided breakfast and tea time which was nice. Only downside was that the room was totally not sound proof at all, we were woken up by our neigbours whole conversation outside our door. There was also a musty smell that came out from the toilet.

Room is fine however the hotel feels very dim... massage in the hotel is double the price of the ones just right beside e building.. overall it's still a fine place to stay

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was nice with a big tub. However, the water (even for the showers) are not constantly hot. Out of the showers I had in my room, more than half of them only had barely warm water (even after letting it run for 30 mins). I would have rated this hotel 5 stars if the water could have been hot as the tub would have been wonderful. This hotel also has breakfast and teatime provided. There is adequate motorcycle and car parking lots too. This hotel is also a massage centre, but the rooms are at a different location to the massage areas. The location is about a 7 mins walk to Jiaoxi Station, and about a 15-20 mins walk to the onsens/hotsprings. Yilan County is a beautiful place and I would come back again. However, I may look for another accommodation if there are cheaper ones. If the hot water issue is not present, I would definately stay here again.

The hotel looks nice at first, and the personal hot tubs in the room are great. However, these are about all that's good. The first room they assigned us had a termite infestation and other bugs around. The termites were crawling all over the bedside area (and the mattress is on the floor because we opted for a tatami room). After that they switched us to another room. It wasn't as nice, but at least there weren't live termites. There were still signs of an infestation, however, and parts of the room had mould. We asked for the staff to clean the room and remove the mould after our first night, but they weren't able to. It was rather uncomfortable as the mould was growing in the toilet, which didn't have a door.

We loved our stay here! The room was cute, the tub was NICE, and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing we didn't like as much was that the food options were a little limited. But that was okay too because there were so many restaurants and convenience stores around. All in all, would stay again and definitely recommend!

Room was musky and not well ventilated. Layout of the rooms are a bit weird. The onsen bath is set beside the bed.

The room was nice and clean, although small for the price. The service was good and attentive. However, there was construction (hammer hitting a wall) on the Sunday morning. This should not happen in a serious hotel. Construction should be planned outside of the weekends. We were woken up by the construction sounds while having a relaxing weekend in a pricey hotel room; should not have happened. For this reason, we will not book this hotel again

到了Check in時間，卻讓我們多等了將近半小時時間，另外三間房內的溫泉浴池放出來的水，皆有小削削，不知道是什麼東西，對此旅店的品質大打折扣，不考慮再來第二次消費。
