This hotel was very very dirty. The bedding was vary stained and dirty. The shower didn't work. The location is very noisy. I would not ever stay there again. I left to a new hotel.

Arusha Naaz Hotel is located near the Clock Tower/city center, cafes, and shops.
Our room had good size, and fast wifi connection. The staff were helpful. They accommodated our request to have our suitcases in the hotel as we went away for a couple of days. The only concern I had was the bedsheets used in the room were not clean. Please ensure to change them after your guest(s) check out.

Les draps étaient gris et déchirés. Les serviettes étaient grises et humides.
Une seules prise électrique pour 3 personnes.
5 lampes une seule fonctionnait, le plafonnier fonctionnait. Il faut traverser la chambre pour allumer la salle d'eau.
La douchette de la douche ne tient pas. Il faut la tenir pour se doucher, pas pratique pour faire un shampoing ou se laver.
Les fenêtres ne ferment pas, la moustiquaire ne tient pas. Les moustiques entrent à leur aise.
L'isolation phonique est une utopie, vive les bouchons d'oreilles. Mais la vie trépidante du quartier se calme vers 22-23 heures.
Le personnel est très serviable et aux petits soins, cela relève le niveau.
