The facility was clean and nice, but the bathroom was very small and had black mold on the ceiling in the shower stall. The area around the hotel was walkable and great shopping and restaurants.

This was my second time staying at this property while visiting family in Thailand. The room was quiet and very clean, with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable for what you get. The location is also great—there are plenty of street food stalls and Thai massage places nearby. My only minor comment is that the shower is a bit small and doesn’t have a screen door, so water splashes onto the bathroom floor.

Cons The location is too far from Bangkok, so I had to spend around 45 minutes to an hour each day just to get into the city, which also ended up costing quite a bit of money. The Bangkok airport is also far from the hotel. The hotel uses the room key card to activate the air conditioning and lights, but the room had a terrible odor until the AC started running. Additionally, the hotel reuses key cards. I was given a used, worn-out key—just one. Unfortunately, I lost it, and the manager wanted to charge me 1,000 Baht (about 35 USD) for a plastic card that likely costs only a few dollars. This fee felt excessive and unreasonable. Eventually, I was charged 17 USD, which still seemed unfair. They don’t inform guests that the deposit will be used for such charges—they simply keep the money without proper communication. I wasn’t given a receipt for the charge; the hotel kept both the deposit and the receipt. Pros Most of the staff are nice and kind. The restaurant is good as well.

This hotel was excellent with my room very clean, the staff very friendly and the restaurant very good. I will stay here again the next time I fly out of Don Muang Airport.

We have stayed in this hotel many times due to its location close to the airport. It is a good clean and well managed hotel with friendly staff.

The place was just fine as a decent Japanese restaurant which is 24 hours. The breakfast is not to my taste, but they have a nice coffee bar that opens early in the lobby shuttle to the airport. It is what it is and not expensive. You get a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette for a few dollars extra which I recommend.

We always stay here when we fly in or out of Don Mueang and never have been disappointed.

I am always happy with the room and the staff. I stay for an extended period each time and I have always enjoyed my stay.

It was adequate to get an early in country flight. They offered a shuttle but it doesnr take you to the airport but across thw street. So i wouldn't recommend it if you have lots of luggage or children. Be prepared for a 1000 bhat deposit which they wont return until the room is checked. So leave ample time. Thw breakfast boxed to go was preety good.

What a great hotel. I only stayed 1 night because I had a flight the next day at Don Mueang Airport, but for the price it felt like such a high end hotel. Room was nice and modern and clean, staff very friendly and they recognised my Expedia VIP status, although I did not worry about room upgrade for 1 night. Was plenty of local dining options near the hotel but I chose the hotels Japanese restaurant for convenience, which was very nice. Staff were very friendly and the free shuttle bus to the airport was a nice convenience. Will stay here again next time I have a flight from Don Mueang.

I had an overnight stay here and was wowed by the service. Every aspect of the hotel was firing on all cylinders despite the high volume of guests. All of my special requests were honored and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Come to the hotel for the breakfast and the gym which are both five star. Enjoy a comfortable bed and quiet room as well.

Convenient to shops and close to airport

The staff are so nice, very polite and helpful. The room is also very clean and they clean everyday, air condition is excellent, there’s warm water for the shower, hair dryer , shampoos, soap if you want and bottled water.The daily breakfast buffet is fantastic , we really liked the way it was cooked especially the noodles.We also enjoyed nearby food stores, salon, market etc. very safe to walk around .Indeed, I want again to check in to this hotel on my next visit. Overall I like the food, the people and the service.

Stayed overnight as had an early flight. Booked the free shuttle. Room was ready at 2.00for check in. Clean and tidy room perfectly good for a night.

Very close to the airport. Gave us breakfast takeaway in boxes.
