Advantages: Good location, in the same alley as The 9. There is parking for about 15 cars. The rooms are clean, fragrant, and newly renovated. Complete with equipment. There is a hair dryer. The water is not very strong but strong enough for showering. There are many points for plugging in. I like this part the most. And there is a separate work desk as well. I think it's worth the price. The mattress is soft enough. Sleep comfortably without back pain. Blankets and sheets are definitely woven with 10,000 threads or more. Gives a smooth, comfortable feel. Disadvantages: The metal bed makes a squeaking sound every time you move. And the room is about 50% soundproof. You can clearly hear the sound of the ice cream truck.

Overall ok. • Rekomen kalau lagi ada konser di Rajamangala (jalan kaki 2 km aku, tapi bisa pakai opsi nyambung pakai ojek). • Dekat 24h Seven Eleven, sekitar 400m. • Cuma dapat kamar kuncinya agak macet pas mau mengunci dari luar. • Ada lift (paling penting kalau bawa koper) • Kamar luas banget, tapi lantainya agak minyak mungkin karena lembap, tapi kasurnya bersih.

Nice property in a quiet, non-tourist district. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. A bit far from BTS/MRT. The room is very spacious and very well decorated. Friendly staff.
