I booked the hotel as a Standard Room. When I finished booking the system, I went to pay at Seven. After that, there was an agent who called me to say that the room was fully booked. And request to upgrade the room to be a Villa without paying extra It is very impressive. Very good care Focus on customers And the changing room The room is very spacious, comfortable, spacious, is the most top room of the hotel.

Do not check your booking information. Complaints site in front of customers. Lack of coordination Room is not ready. TV is not connected. Customers have to wait in front of the room almost 1 hour to change rooms. Morning resort has a loud noise. In spite of having customers stay. Maybe it is because we have a single room or we can book cheap accommodation. There is no customer care as it should. I need to update it.
