An excellent stay at the heart of the busy area of Lumphini. We stayed two nights at this hotel on August 12th and 13th and found our stay to be wonderful, as we spent most of our time sleeping and/or relaxing in their very comfortable room (although I mistakenly selected twin beds when booking 😂😍). The interior colors of their property perfectly matched our favorite colors, making our stay even more comfortable. We would also like to thank their Front Desk Agent, "Sing Sing," for her excellent service throughout our stay, especially during check-in and check-out. She was very professional and courteous, and we also enjoyed our small talk when she shared that she was pregnant and expecting a baby soon. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, and we were very satisfied with all of their services. We will definitely return. Thank you to Sing Sing the front desk agent and the entire team of Oriental Residence Bangkok 💚

Good location. In front of Hua Lamphong MRT station, so it's easy to explore the city. There are bus stops also. The railway station is on the other side of the road. The facilities for me are good. They have an elevator, so it's a plus for me. My room is on the inner part, so it's not noisy and you can sleep very well. Housekeeping is done every day. They change tissue and free 1 bottle of water every day that is being put in the mini fridge inside the room. It's clean, and they have a restaurant, though it's only open at 8 AM. They also had a laundry machine. You just need to have your own soap or fabric conditioner. Aside from that, 7-Eleven is within walking distance, and there's food being sold outside the hostel.

Though the room is close to the road but there is no noise at all. There are tuk-tuk services to the BTS station, so there is no worry about walking through the alley.
