Some staffs are rude to customers. It shows that they are not satisfied with the customers. They even shook their heads at the customers. I think we did not find the booking number in time for them. After us, no one waited to check in. Since staying at the hotel, I have never encountered such bad staff. Some staffs spoke well. The room was noisy. There were rats running. The way is far from the BTS. If you do not have a car, I do not recommend staying here.

1. Its far from BTS train station. So, I have to order grab car or grab motofcyle or use tuk tuk everytime to go out. 2. There was hanger there but can not use. Everytime I want to use, its fall down into pieces. 3. Bathroom, shower area without any shower cover and water spread into the whole bedroom. 4. No elevator, not recclmmended for people who will bring several luggage or heavy one. 5. No refrigerator.

The room is good. I have stayed there many times. If you have a private car, it is very convenient. The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. At first, it might be a bit difficult to find the accommodation because it is in a corner. The receptionist is polite but a bit fierce like a teacher in the discipline department.

พนักงานพูดจาแย่ค่ะ เช็คเอ้าท์เลทไปครึ่งชั่วโมง เพราะไปสอบมากว่าจะถึงห้อง รถติด เราก็พยายามรีบที่สุดและกำลังจะลงไป แต่พนักงานโทรมาพอดีเพื่อที่จะตามเราให้ลงไปเช็คเอ้าท์ แล้วพูดจาใส่อารมณ์ อ้างว่าโทมาหลายรอบแล้ว แต่ที่โทมาคือเพียงสายเดียว คือตอนที่เรารับสายแล้วกำลังจะลงไปเช็คเอ้าท์อยู่แล้ว ทั้งน้ำเสียงทั้งสีหน้าที่ได้เห็นมันเกินไปค่ะ ควรจะมีการพูดจาที่ดีกว่านี้ อย่ามาใช้อารมณ์ ทำงานอาชีพคนให้บริการก็น่าจะรู้นะคะ ว่ากิริยามารยาทการให้บริการมันสำคัญ ห้องพักคือดี สบายมากตอนแรกคิดไว้ว่าจะมาใช้บริการอีกแน่ๆ เจอแบบนี้รอบเดียวพอค่ะ เสียความรู้สึกมาก

- The accommodation is horrible, and the room that we got is the door at the stairway. Like walking up to see our door Each bed is at the door. When in the room, this feels the same as my girlfriend. That looks like there's always something to look at - No lift - The balcony is very dirty, but there are shouts like staying at an abandoned hotel. - The layout of the furniture is not suitable. Put a mirror at the end of the bed The room can be very clean - Poor service - Some lights are broken - Water smells bad This is the first time that I have got this bad accommodation.

The tower is in very good condition. Everything is all good. There is a sofa, a TV, a kettle, lack of a refrigerator only in the room! The tower has a complex mystery. Still good, kind elder, drive golf car to send bts everyday 2 times a day, good service, like the best, is not invading Clean the room 😂😂 Not a dirty lover, but like the overall privacy, not bad, near all delicious food sources
