Both receptionists I met were good (late night and early morning). The phone to contact the staff actually worked and wasn't broken. The only problem was the cleanliness, like black mold. You can scrape it off with your fingernail, which means they didn't take care of it that much. I didn't use the shampoo. The shower cream was foamy but it might not clean the skin.

Location: It is a pretty hotel but a bit old. Inside the room: Clean, there are enough power outlets for use in every area, but the furniture in the room is quite old. There is only 1 light at the head of the bed. Atmosphere: The atmosphere in the room is quite good, with a river view, but the room is not soundproof and not noise-proof. You can hear people talking and laughing outside quite loudly. On the day we stayed, it was raining, the wind was strong and hit the back door of the room, making a loud noise. Service: The receptionist provided good service, smiling, and spoke politely. They sent us to the room. On the day we stayed, the single beds were full. The staff moved the double beds closer together for the security guard to take care of the parking service very well.
