Didn't stay, booked through the app for the wrong date. Contacted the Khon Kaen branch, told to call the main office, call center 1328 to change the date of stay. No one answered the phone. Tried calling more than 10 times, couldn't get through.

This time, I got room 401. I was shocked when I opened the door. The musty smell in the room was very strong. I emphasized the cleanliness. There were still some spider webs in the room. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned before. There were water leaks in the gaps of the wall, which might be the source of the musty smell. I was shocked because there was a connecting door in the room that could be opened to another room. I opened it and it seemed like a plywood sheet from the other side was closed. But I didn't like it much because I was afraid that if the other room came to the peak, there would be noise or I would listen to The Ghost. It was a bit creepy. The bathroom, when the lights are turned on, the ventilation fan usually works, but this room didn't, so I informed the staff. They came up and changed the room for me. Thank you very much. This room is clean. There is no musty smell. The ventilation fan works normally.

Before I could use the wifi, it was really slow. The process of requesting wifi was really confusing. They asked me to add a Line account and request a password. It took a long time for the staff to respond. Why do you have to make something so easy so difficult? Do you have to clean the bathroom once a year or something?

The lights are not bright, the bathroom is old and slippery, the glass is thin and there is no place to hold it, it is dangerous if you slip or fall and hit the glass. The TV is very old. As for B2 Khon Kaen premier, it is loud all night until 4 am, like sleeping next to a work place. When going to work instead of getting rest, you have to go to sleep and listen to the noise from the entertainment center.

The room was very dirty. We forgot something in the room. The housekeeper didn't inform us of anything, even if it was just milk1. bottle but the staff did not inform the customer The receptionist in front of the lake doesn't seem to want to welcome you.

Reserve a triple room, bedroom for 3 people, air conditioner is not cool, must request to change rooms. There is no hair dryer and is not available to borrow. Every time you reserve another branch There's a hair dryer. The employee informed the wrong WiFi user and called 3 times to ask, or are the employees still new???
