We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with plenty of space to tidy up our belongings, and it was clean and well-maintained. There was a large window that let in lots of natural light, which made the room feel even more inviting. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and we appreciated the common areas, both inside and outside, where we could relax. Overall, for the price we paid (around 630 Baht for 3 people per night), the quality was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great value stay!

เค้าเต้อร์เช็คอินจะอยู่ชั้น 2 เวลามีรถมารับผ้าก็จะจอดด้านล่างแล้วโยนผ้ามาลงมาบนรถที่จอดตรงลานจอดรถ รถส่งผ้าก็จอดปิดทางที่รถเราจะออกพอดี ซึ่งเรารอพอสมควรเลยขึ้นไปแจ้งพนังงานต้อนรับ พนักงานไม่ขอโทษเลย แค่่แจ้งงว่ารถรับผ้า อันนี้ไม่ค่อยน่ารัก น่าจะมีทางขึ้นลงที่ดูดีกว่านี้

เมื่อวันที่30 ส.ค.เวลาประมาณ4ทุ่มได้เข้าเช็คอินที่รร.B 2พรีเมียร์นครสวรรค์ ซึ่งทางข้าพเจ้าได้จองห้องพักจำนวน4ห้องและพัก2คืน ทางข้าพเจ้าได้สอบถามรายละเอียดในการใช้ห้องพักกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่อยู่หน้าเคาท์เตอร์เช็คอินทั้ง2คน ได้มีการบริการที่แย่มากๆ พูดจาไม่ดี มีอาการชักสีหน้า ซึ่งการซักถามข้อมูลต่างๆในการใช้ห้องพักก็เพื่อจะชี้แจงให้ผู้เข้าพักทั้งหมดได้เข้าใจและปฏิบัติได้อย่างถูกต้อง พนักงานผู้ให้บริการก็ควรที่จะให้ความกระจ่างเรื่องข้อมูลด้วยความเต็มใจ ไม่ใช่แสดงอาการไม่พอใจ ชักสีหน้าต่อผู้มารับบริการ ใช้น้ำเสียงที่ไม่น่าฟัง ดังนั้นจึงฝากเรื่องกิริยามารยาทในการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการทั้ง2คน ไปยังtraveloka และ โรงแรมB2 ได้เตือนเจ้าหน้าที่ทั้ง2คนให้ปรับปรุงการให้บริการด้วย จักขอบคุณเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
