The usable area in the room is ok, but the room is not very clean. The bathroom and sink are not clean. The towels are very old, the color is very dull and all are torn. The booking page says there is a swimming pool, but the pool is currently closed.

The bed has a depression where the mattress is spread out, very uncomfortable to sleep on

Dirty, found hair on the bathroom floor and on the bed. The bed has water stains. I don't know if the bed sheets were changed or not. It seems like the room wasn't cleaned before staying.

The room is very spacious, has a bathtub, has a sink, a large refrigerator, very cool, good facilities, has a sofa, TV, dressing table. Except no hair dryer, double bed, soft, comfortable bed, but the air conditioner is not cold. Broken where it's not very clean, lots of dust, old ice in the refrigerator. Taking care of cleanliness better than this would be great.

The room is big, beautiful, clean, the bed is soft, the only regret is the bath, the water system, if you adjust the left, the water will be warm, if you adjust the right, the water will be cold. I want to take a warm bath But the water is very cold 😔

A lot of dust, very confused, every area in the room, according to the television, shelf, edge of the bed, as if not cleaned at all. Mattress must be dusted first. Lizard dust is also on the shelf. I've never stayed in B2 anywhere and I've been so disappointed before. Normally, I use B2 service very often, but I was shocked when I found this place. At first, I thought that there weren't many people staying at all. There was a lot of dust. Do it for a long time or whatever. Wherever I came back at night, the room was full. I suspect it hasn't been cleaned at all. or have been doing it for a long time Or there is no one to rest. Very confused. Not very ok.
