Nice place to stay, well located and quiet.
The only downside is that the room is small correct for one but too small for a couple.

This Guest House has one of the best locations in the heart of Hua Hin if you do not need to be right on the beach. Only 2 minutes from Main Street that goes from train station to public beach. Convenience store, grocery, Burger King and McDonald’s 3 minutes walk. Beach, Restaurant and Bar walking street about 8 minutes. Like staying with family. Rooms are in separate wing through a compact garden and the family lives in Main part of house. Everything you need but well worn, and cleaned daily. Very quiet. Hua Hin is spread for miles along the coast and this place is in the best spot and feels like staying at Grandma’s. Great budget choice for a private room.
