Well located large property with excellent amenities such as a terrific gym and pool and easy access to the adjacent park (rare in Bangkok); not to mention extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff!

Amazing food

The hotel staff was excellent everywhere we went. Superb five star service. Breakfast was included with our stay. It is worthy of getting, the variety of foods is extremely vast. The food was also freshly made, had variations daily, and was quite tasty. The fresh fruits were delicious and the restaurant services were great. Assistance in getting taxis was outstanding. The walk in shower was great with adjustable positioning and force. Towels were soft and comfortable. Water was plentiful and free throughout our stay. Also received extra rolls of toilet paper and facial tissue. Hotel was very accommodating. We had a shower door that would not close properly and caused water to flow into the bathroom floor. Told the front desk of the problem and it was fixed the same day. The shower stall even had a line that you could pull to hang wet items on. Really nice. The only complaint was the toilet that wouldn’t even flush away excrement of any kind. We had to have the toilet plumbed six times during our stay. We were told to not put toilet paper in the toilet; told to place any soiled toilet paper in the waste container in the bathroom. This to me was totally unacceptable; especially in a five star hotel. We complied but the still didn’t get its job done. Finally the hotel got the toilet to work well, but not like it should. The hotel went through a major update; but I question the plumbing status. I do not know if other rooms had the same plumbing issues.

Absolutely fantastic 7-Star experience thanks to the upkeep, amenities, location and staff care. Highly recommended as a top stay option in Bangkok.

Excellent hotel in a nice location.

Very comfortable stay for one night, staff was warm and welcoming, room had all the amenities you need, breakfast buffet spread was excellent, gym was very well equipped too. Walking distance to some of the trendiest spots in town though traffic is congested in this area all the time.

It is a great place to stay, very accommodating very clean, two malls one walking distance and the other a very short taxi ride to Terminal 21.

A beautiful place to stay. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. (Land of smiles) the people one In particular made us little animals like one day it was a little elephant out of towels a nice added touch. Housekeeping cleaned our room and I mean cleaned everything. We had the breakfast buffet added to our stay, amazing they had everything you could imagine and very clean. Walking off the property is harder you have to really watch where you are walking cracks different sizes of steps etc, but that’s Thailand for you not that it’s a bad thing. The pool is nice the pool area very clean the pool bar food is good and they always have drinking water available can’t wait to go back.
