It's a multi-story building with about ten rooms per floor. It's a small or standard-sized hotel, but the atmosphere feels like home. It has a warm feel. The first floor is the breakfast area, right near the reception corner. It's very friendly. I'm not sure if it's a family business, but if they say it is, I'd believe them because the feel is right. There's parking for about 20 cars, I think. The breakfast bar is beautifully decorated, especially the bakery area. Breakfast in the main course and rice section is riceberry and northern Thai food. The menu rotates continuously. You can try some. If you're from out of town and afraid you're not used to northern Thai food or riceberry, there's also rice soup, sausage, and ham, just like in most hotels. However, I'd like to recommend the northern Thai food. They make it lightly flavored and easy to eat. My favorite corner is the egg corner. They have green eggs, fried eggs, omelets, and pan-fried eggs. There's an owner there who's always there. If you want anything, just tell him and he'll make it for you. The way to the rooms is via stairs and an elevator. What I like is that the elevator is wheelchair accessible. They're very attentive. The rooms have balconies, and you can open the curtains. If you want more privacy, you can close them with blackout curtains. There are both sheer and blackout curtains. What's provided is a shower cap, bar soap, shampoo, drinking water, and strong Wi-Fi. The shower has a mark for the perfect warm temperature. When you check out, they'll also wish you a safe trip, not just a simple thank you. It's homey, family-like, and a little heartwarming. Come and try our stay.

The pictures looked nice, but the real rooms and atmosphere are not same. They are not good maintained. The front reception staff (owner) is not so welcome the guests. The location is noisy because it is not far from the hospital. The breakfast is not bad.

Good. The hotel is very clean. no musty smell The view of the room is a view of the city, ok, complete facilities, good flowing water, good service staff. Breakfast is delicious. The location is in the heart of Chiang Rai city, easy to go anywhere. The hotel has a moderately wide parking area.
